Wembley National Stadium Having been awarded the contract to supply high level hospitality hosts and hostesses at the newly opened stadium we are pleased to say that having provided up to 100 staff in the exclusive Club Wembley area at each event we feel very proud to be a part of this fantastic Venue. The event calendar for 2007 and 2008 was extremely impressive and we are looking forward to many more exciting events in 2009. ................................................ Concessions Aesthetics' new department, Concessions, is focusing on providing a high level of proactive and enthusiastic experienced in-store staff for cosmetics, skin care and fragrances. A former regional manager for Elizabeth Arden heads our team and will be assisting with the sales and marketing of this exciting new venture. Silverstone Cicuits Limited Since being awarded the contract in 2000 Aesthetics have supplied up to 157 local staff at any one event. Due to the vast experience of our managers on-site they are personally requested to get involved in the event set-up 2 weeks prior to the event. Working on-site our team assist with table plans, ticketing, facility set-up, compilation of staff briefings etc, Once the event goes live our managers, receptionists, hosts, hostesses and meet and greet staff look after the well being of many international and VIP guests. Other events include corporate race days, conferences, product launches, red letter days and track days. All staff are provided with a uniform supplied by Aesthetics to ensure that the team compliment the facility and represent the client in the best possible light. ................................................ The completion of sucessful events include Cheltenham Festival, Wimbledon, Stella Artois , The British Open, Cartier Polo, Henley Regatta, 20/20 at the Oval, Lords Test, Henley Festival, Goodwood and the British Grand Prix. For example over 150 PDA devices were supplied to clients at the British International Motor show. Having formed an alliance with a proven leading software company Aesthetics are in a position to offer our clients a bespoke one-stop data capture shop. The very latest hand held PDA's can be hired with (or without) staff to enable our clients to access captured data within 5 seconds of data being recorded at an event.
