Aesthetics worked with AELTC to establish exactly what requirements would be needed to ensure the smooth flow of traffic throughout the facility on event days. Being involved from the initial build stages allowed us to give input into how the facility could operate for debenture holders that would be entering and utilising the new facility for the first time. Staff were trained 2 weeks prior to the championships and assisted with the smooth running of the Debenture holders open day, assisting with any queries or concerns that arose.

Aesthetics also worked closely with Ralph Lauren head office to ensure that the uniforms were ready on-time, arranging several fittings for staff in central London. Dry cleaning was also organised throughout the duration of the championships.

AELTC received many positive comments regarding the staff and their ability to react to situations immediately whilst still retaining their positive and friendly manner together with their ability to make everyone feel comfortable in their new surroundings.
