The British International Motorshow 2008
Objective
To provide 88 staff to represent 5 brands together with a full admin and show support service.
Delivery
Over 140 staff were profiled according to each individual brand requirements, with 2 weeks of client staff selections taking place at GM Luton and Aesthetics Midlands based offices. Staff were chosen according to brand specifics with each successful team member spending 3 days participating in an intensive training programme at the GM college in Luton prior to the show. Aesthetics prepared profiles, selection days, accommodation requirements and rooming lists, vehicle allocations, staff rotas, press day models, make-up artists and hair stylists, seamstress, uniform selections for stand staff and GM head office staff, uniform purchase, distribution, dry cleaning and maintenance and even arranged the GM end of show party. In addition to the above uniforms were also sourced for all European Motorshows including Paris, Moscow, Bologna, Brussels, Essen and Slovakia.
