Launch of New Branch Salon
Objective
To cast and choreograph a fifteen minute catwalk show with 14 models, to demonstrate the talents of the staff of a new branch salon. To assist with the co-ordination of the evening, all to raise money for the beauty industry charity Look Good Feel Better. Delivery
Auditions were arranged and held to source 7 male and 7 female models with the ability to perform who also had manageable hair that the new salon team could work with and demonstrate their creative talents on. Rehearsals commenced one week prior to the event which included Aesthetics sourcing rehearsal space and working with a DJ to produce a 15 minute piece of mixed music. The 15 minute show was choreographed arranged into 3 scenes which included split female and male scenes as well as a mixed finale.Assistance with styling was also provided and included Aesthetics working with a mobile boutique agency to dress the models.
In addition to the catwalk show, which was held three times throughout the evening, support was also provided in the management and promotion of the entire event.250 goody bags were produced and distributed to guests as well as a prizedraw and various pamper stations for guests to trial the salons services. Aesthetics have been asked to assist with any repeats of the show as and when required for promotional purposes.
