With a lead time of 24 hours to book and accredit 80 staff (including 5 spare staff) Aesthetics rose to the challenge and worked through the night to ensure that the clients deadline was achieved.

Passport copies and photographs in the required format for each member of staff booked for the event were provided to the accreditation team ready for security checking. With a briefing and familiarisation day prior to the live day all 80 staff were educated on Meydan as a venue and the processes of the day, Briefing documents were also produced and distributed for staff information on the day..

Aesthetics also supplied an elegant Black dress and Blue Scarf for the 55 female staff with all 25 male staff provided with Black trousers a white shirt and Blue tie to compliment the female uniforms.

60,000 guests enjoyed the day and the staff reported that it was one of the most amazing events that they had ever had the opportunity to work on.
