With only 5 days notice Aesthetics were asked to supply staff to cover over 100 locations across the UK. Staff were to hand out leaflets and balloons and attract visitors to the stores. The office team were on standby all weekend to ensure the smooth running over each and every location. Each store was telephoned each morning to ensure that the team had turned up and that staff were performing well. After the event reports were completed and given to Vodafone Head office in Newbury. 5 weekends were completed in total over a 3 month duration and the event was a huge success both in terms of staffing and giveaways. In addition to this a team was also supplied to man the Vodafone hospitality unit at VIP sporting events across the UK.
