Data Capture

Microsoft Windows based PDA applications enable the sales staff to collect data in a relaxed conversational manner. Rather than adopting a workflow process that forces the sales person through a series of screens in a fixed order, our solution provides the user with tremendous flexibility. For example on a recent event our software specialists created five forms for our client each of which could be accessed by tabs on the left side of the PDA screen and could be used at any point during the sales interview. Mandatory fields were coloured red until completed, only when all mandatory fields were completed could the sales person submit the lead to the online database.

Our experience has shown us that sales people really liked using PDA applications because they are very fast and easy to use. Addresses can be wirelessly auto populated just by entering house name or number and postcode.

Transmission

All data collected is transmitted wirelessly to an online database which is located on a secure server by pressing the submit button. To ensure no data is lost leads are also stored on the PDA device until notice had been received from the online database that all leads have been successfully received. Only after confirmation of successful transmission are leads cleared from the PDA.

PDA's can transmit data wirelessly either using a GPRS mobile network or by using WIFI and a broadband connection.

Lead Fulfilment Process

Once the data is received in to the online database, copies can then be pulled off within 10 seconds by the client to be actioned. Lead data can be integrated into existing lead processing or CRM systems as required.
