Wednesday 18^th September saw an additional 90 staff attend Arsenals ‘H’ academy located at the Emirates Stadium, London. This was the second training day for the Aesthetics team due to attend the very first premier league home game of the 2010/2011 season and expectations were running high for all involved.

The first home game of the season was met with great anticipation and although our premier first class service had been tried and tested at the Emirates Cup and Members Day, Saturday was the first time for all the Aesthetics team to put that entire practise into action. Our experienced host and hostesses were based within the Dial square/Agents restaurant, Royal Oak Restaurant, Foundry Lounge, WM Club and the Executive boxes.  All the female team wore a specially designed bespoke red fitted dress with navy detail and a matching bolero style jacket.  Our handsome hosts sported a 3 piece navy suit, white shirt and tie, all sourced by Aesthetics.  Duties were to manage the team of 71 staff, assist in meeting and greeting the guests, manning the reception desks and information desks and escorting guests to their tables. In addition to this our staff were on hand throughout the entire day to ensure that all the guests enjoyed the first class level of customer service provided by the Emirates Stadium whilst encouraging both Arsenal and Blackpool fans to get into the spirit of the game.  Final score Arsenal 6 – 0 Blackpool!
