Harrods Launch – 35 Aesthetics boys get sporty for the re-launch of new sports department within the Exclusive Harrods Departmental Store, London.

The Olympics is fast approaching London and with one of the most famous department stores in the world, Harrods being located in the capital.  What better time to have a nice stylish makeover!   Over the past few week preparations have been underway to seek well muscled, toned men to be a part of the re-launch of their new sports department based within the exclusive department store, Harrods.

We carefully selected thirty five males to take part in this exciting event that attracted the likes of Peter Andre and former football player Sol Campbell. Our boys were dressed in the latest gear by Nike and they had the opportunity to mingle with the guests to show them around the cutting edge department. The boys also assisted with serving drinks and canapés to all the guests in attendance. This was an amazing event for Aesthetics Events Ltd and our boys to be a part of and agreat experience for the office girls that had the chance to choose the boys for this particular event.  Well done to all involved in such a sucessful event!

Aesthetics duo whizz down to assist Ford at the ‘Wings of Wheel’ Event at Dunsfold Park, Surrey

Two of Aesthetics ladies had the chance to be a part of the ‘Wings of Wheels’ event located at the famous Dunsfold Park in Surrey.  Dunsfold Park is well known for the grounds that are used to film the hit BBC show ‘Top Gear’. It founded this particular event ‘Wings and Wheels’ in order to celebrate the country’s long history with aviation, motoring and also to continually help to raise funds for nominated charities. Over the course of the two days which will see over 36,000 visitors enjoy over 5 hours worth of flying displays with fast jets and historic aircrafts. There will also be over two hours worth of motoring demonstrations with vintage and iconic cars for everyone to enjoy.  Our two well turned out ladies were based at the Ford Marquee Village where Ford displayed their first Focus with reverse parking technology, which guests had the opportunity to try out. Also within the marquee one Aesthetics member was left in charge of managing the Playstation stand by encouraging visitors to participate in the Batax competition. Once guests had raced their scores were placed on a ‘Top Gear’ style board and were then handed a competition slips for a chance to ride with Paul Swift. Over at the hospitality suite, our other Aesthetics hostess had the responsibility of organising the visitors ready for the VIP guest, Paul Swift who was there to sign their posters. To round up the evening both girls assisted with moving the crowds over to the main Ford Live Arena stage where Paul Swift performed with his dancers.

This event is acknowledged as one of the UK’s premier outdoor events for the whole family and one our duo was happy to participate in!

Tod’s & Vogue Fashion Night Out guests are chauffeured by Aesthetics

Tod’s is one of the most stylish boutiques around at the moment. It was just one of many stores that opened their doors along the exclusive Bond & Sloane Street, to celebrate ‘Vogues Fashion Night Out’. Tod’s held a lavish party for a mixture of guests to enjoy the surroundings and the latest fashions must have’s, whilst sipping on champagne.  Six of our finest male chauffeurs had the mission of driving VIP guests from Tod’s boutique to the exclusive Maggies Club, London for the 80’s themed after party. In order for our boys to keep in with theme of exquisite style, on arrival they were each given a pair of Tod’s shoes and a swanky top to wear, while also being handed the keys to brand new Fiat 500 to whisk guests around in! A stylish event for stylish agency!

Aesthetics staff assist Volvo Car UK at Cowes week

Aesthetics staff had the pleasure of setting sail over to the Isle of Wight for the Cowes week (now known as Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week). This is an event that since 1826 has played a key part in the British sporting summer season and has stood the test of time as one of the longest sporting events. It is also known for being the largest sailing regatta of its kind in the world.  Throughout the week it staged over 40 daily races for over a 1000 boats mixing together friendly competitive sailing with social activities. Crowds for this particular event reach over 100,000 that come to watch the sailing competitors that ranged from Olympic and world class professionals to weekend sailors. Spectators also enjoyed live entertainment and had the chance to mix in the various different parties that were on offer.

Our staff were on hand to help with promoting the latest vehicles that Volvo has to offer, the XC60 and the V60. These particular vehicles were carefully chosen due there towing capacity and the amazing RYA affinity deal that potential customers were able to take full advantage of. The V60 is meant to be the ideal car for sailing and these were key points that our team was able to use to help promote the vehicles throughout the week. Along with prospecting, completing event forms, liaising with potential customers and answering any queries regarding the vehicles on display. Overall this was genuinely a one of a kind event that Aesthetics Events Ltd was proud to be a part of!

Aesthetics team assist over a three week period at the famous children’s attraction – Legoland, Windsor

Legoland Windsor theme park is the ideal place for families to take their children for the perfect summer‘s day out. The famous attraction park is full of fun packed activities for everyone to enjoy with over 55 interactive rides, workshops, live shows and driving schools which are sponsored by Fiat. All of this is situated over 150 acres of beautiful land. It is over the picturesque surroundings that our Aesthetics team can be found assisting with the promotion of one of the most fashionable cars to hit our roads, ‘Fiat 500’. Over the course of the next three weeks we will have three of our Aesthetics girls and an Aesthetics Supervisor present at the stands to represent the Fiat brand.  Each member of staff can be spotted by their bright white fiat uniform which consists of a white t-shirt, white trousers, beige Fiat jacket and a black Fiat cap. The friendly quartet’s sole purpose is to approach anyone that appears interested in the cars that are on display and to answer any questions that may arise regarding the ‘Fiat 500’. There will also be goodies to giveaway that we will be handing out and there will also be a prize draw for people to participate in.

Silverstone classic

More than 7000 classic cars from all over the world were paraded at the world famous grounds of Silverstone – Northamptonshire, as they celebrated their 21st year anniversary over the weekend. ‘Silverstone Classic’ is a truly enjoyable day out which caters for all age groups. Not only is there an array of the most exotic classical cars in the world to lust after. There were also other forms of activities to participate in like observing the aerobatic displays, retail shopping area, go karting, live demonstrations, fun fair and live bands.

 Aesthetics Events (who are never too far away from the most spectacular events) had a trio of girls based at the Abarth stand promoting some of the hottest cars on the market like the ‘Abarth 500’,’ Abarth Punto Evo’ and the sleek ‘Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari’. Over on another stand we also had another small team of three girls positioned by the Maserati stand attempting to gain passerby’s interest for the super sleek cars that were on display such as the ‘Gran Turismo’, ‘Gran Cabrio’ and the ‘Quattroporte Sport GT S’. The main objective for the girls on each of the stands was to dilvulge product knowledge regarding all the vehicles that were on display and obtain details from potential customer by data capturing. Our skills at Aesthetics were not just limited to data capturing, we also had three hostesses each day located at the Brooklands Suite to assist with their guests that also fancied being wined and dined with a first class service.

Aesthetics help to kick off the season at Arsenal with the Emirates Cup 2011!

Aesthetics Events are extremely excited to be starting a new season at Arsenal, Emirates Stadium. Our strategically chosen team attended a training day a couple days before the commencement of the Emirates Cup over the weekend. The training day which is setup in order to ensure that everyone involved for the season knows their role and what is expected of them. However, it was not all work and no play. Everyone also had the opportunity to shake their hips by joining in the Zumba class which is the latest craze to hit the UK. Arsenal officially kicked off the Emirate Cup 2011 with a friendly pre –season match against the Boca Juniors followed by the next day Arsenal playing against the New York Red Bulls. Once all four matches had been played the winning team was then rewarded on the Sunday with the Emirates Cup. Throughout the two days avid football supporters that were club members could enjoy the option of dining within the various luxury hospitality suites available at the Emirates Stadium. Here is where are Aesthetics team are placed ready to be of service to each of the guests that fancied making the most of their day. Our competent fully trained hospitality team were there to meet and greet each guest with a big friendly smile. Each guest was then checked into designated restaurants like the Dial Square restaurant, Champions Bar and Royal Oak box. We then would personally escort the guests to their allocated tables and ensure that all their needs were taken care of throughout the remainder of the day, ensuring a first class service!

Aesthetics Events join Tottenham Hotspur FC for the 2011/12 season

Aesthetics Events Ltd are proud to announce that we have recently been awarded a brand new contract to supply hospitality hosts and hostesses to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, London. It has been an exciting time for Aesthetics as each game will see Aesthetics provide over thirty staff located within the exclusive hospitality areas including The Captains Club, The Centenary Lounge, Corporate Boxes, Pat Jennings Lounge, Gary Mabbutt Lounge and The Lilywhite Lounge to name but a few.

Supporting the on-site team from Aesthetics head office is recently promoted account manager Toni Rowan – Browne who will oversee every aspect of the Tottenham Hotspur FC account. There have been various elements  put in place to ensure that this particular account runs as smoothly as possible. Over recent weeks interviews have taken place to secure some of the most professional, hard working, experienced hosts and hostesses in the industry. Once we recruited the  perfect team a  training day was scheduled for the team to familiarise themselves with the venue, customer service requirements and expectations while representing  both Tottenham Hotspur FC and Aesthetics Events Ltd. 

At Aesthetics we are currently in the process of sourcing uniforms to enable the team to represent the brand accordingly.

Aesthetics Events UAE celebrate their first birthday in style with an extravagant launch party

Promoters, hosts & hostesses, dancers, presenters, models, stiltwalkers, photographers, make-up atrists, television extra’s – in our first year of business in the UAE we have supplied them all! No request is too small or too large for our Middle Eastern office based in Dubai and following a successful first year we saw it only fit to celebrate in style inviting staff, clients and industry professionals to M Dek at the Media One Hotel, Dubai Media City where a party was thrown for 800 guests which included an agency showcase of our top talent!

Collaborating with Models and Bottles party organizers, Alchemy Project and award winning photographer Michael Kruger a spectacular event was organized showcasing the talents of Aesthetics Event Staff and Michael Kruger whom many of our models have been photographed by. The event opened with a live fashion photo shoot where Aesthetics models wore for the first in the UAE designs by the Milan fashion house ‘Bespoke Milano’.  The models prepared backstage all morning which included rehearsals for a catwalk performance choreographed by UAE Operations Manager Rachael Stevenson and hair and make up designed by our very own team which included styling by British Hairdresser Billy Green who made use of our sponsors at GHD’s products and latest straightners.  

 Performances were also supplied by Aesthetics own teams of male and female professional dancers choreographed by Moufdi El Ballaj and Jenni Scott.  Moufdi the founder of Xtremer crew and Jenni are two of the finest, young and dynamic dance talents who have been working with Aesthetics since their launch at events including The Sanctuary Nightclub, Atlantis and Super Sounds Thursday at Meydan where they danced alongside Tynchy Stryder and DJ’s Eddie Halliwell and Sander van Doorn.

 Also joining us for the occasion was German based singer Vanessa Tuna who had recently appointed Michael Kruger to shoot her latest album cover in Dubai where she was supplied gowns by the fabulous haute couture house ’Amato’. The fabulous Furne Amato also agreed to dress Aesthetics ten models for the catwalk finale in one of his latest collections. Furne has dressed models and celebrities all over the world including the finalists of Germany’s Next Top Model, Heidi Klum and Katy Perry. Rachael Stevenson UAE Operations Manager commented ‘It was an absolute honor to be supplied with designs by Furne Amato as he is very particular where his designs are shown and so to see our models wearing his creations made me very proud on the day, the models were also supplied with millions of dirhams worth of diamonds to complete their look by our sponsors at ‘Devji Aurum’.

 Throughout the event Models and Bottles Director and DJ – Snezana Durich supplied the music, playing well into the early morning hours for the after party goers. Late in the evening Aesthetics supplied Olita Dubanevica with the prize of our ‘top model’ for being a fantastic all rounder at the agency where she has worked on several events including The Pepsi Middle East Awards and the Dubai Print awards. Olita walked away with prizes supplied by GHD, Bespoke Milano and a photo shoot with Michael Kruger where she will model designs by students from ESMOD the French fashion university.

Aesthetics race down to Silverstone for the British Grand Prix 2011

Once again we have had the pleasure of being involved in one of the most highly anticipated and respected sporting events in the world, the British Grand Prix 2011 at Silverstone, Northamptonshire. Over 300,000 people were in attendance to watch the qualifying races and over 122,000 watched the adrenalin pumped championship final over the three day period.

As usual Aesthetics Events Limited had a team of over 90 hosts and hostesses located at various venues within Silverstone which included all the VIP restaurants. In addition our team of staff were in attendance at the new hospitality area – Stowe Lakehouse where we decided to purchase a new summer event uniform to tie in with the colourful themed suites. This meant that in addition to our usual black wrap dresses and black suits which we traditionally use as uniforms Aesthetics  were able to liaise with our client and select a lighter uniform for the summer. We decided that the girls would be dressed in smart cream linen dresses with coloured ribbon and fashionable flower hair clip to match the colour scheme in each facility. The ribbons colours that were chosen were lime green, pink and blue to represent each theme. The hosts wore a cream suit, white shirt and orange tie. Our hospitality team as always were there to make the day extra special by making the guests feel welcome from the minute they checked into their designated restaurants to the moment they departed. The atmosphere at the Grand Prix is always electrifying and our team are just an extension of that dressed in bright colours with bright smiles!
