Over 19th and 20th of March The Excel in London hosted the 2012 Graduation Ceremony for King Abdullah’s Scholarship Programme. The two day long graduation ceremony took place for around 3000 attendees‐ students, family & friends and representatives from king Abdullah’s Scholarship programme.

Being such a large graduation ceremony,  AesthethicsEvents role was to take care of the need of guests and VIP’s, making sure people knew where they were going and were in the right place at the right time.

Staff were on hand to meet and greet guests as they arrived and direct them through to the registration area.

5 hotel supervisors,
11 multilingual Arabic/English speaking hosts,
11 wardrobe assistants
and 21 hostesses.
