Objective

To provide temporary staff as per client brief for counter cover ,fragrance campaigns and promotional activities. Long term temporary contracts fulfilled leading to several offers of permanent employment.

Delivery

Since we opened our retail division ‘Concessions’ it has been our aim to offer a higher level of service to the retail sector, predominantly in sales staff services. To meet the demands of our clients Concessions offers consistent communication leading up to and throughout a booking.  Through the gain of further information each client will have constructed a brand specific staff contract, detailing targets, event criteria and job description. This has proven to gain staff confidence increasing their knowledge prior to a booking.

At the request of clients staff have been supplied within all major high street retailers throughout the UK and Ireland.  Special attention is always given to those areas of the country where freelance staff fall short . 

Concessions staff are not ‘just’ agency.  Further duties may be requested such as merchandising following planograms, the completion of important company documents, and stock and tester analysis.
