Objective
To provide 140 staff to represent Westfield at two of their sites. Our teams of staff were required to engage, hand out goods, interact, collect data and direct customers in and around the venues
Delivery
Westfield required two teams of over 60 staff at each venue to be deployed to various locations within Westfield Stratford and Westfield London.
With little time to spare the Aesthetics office staff prioritised the event and booked and organised the staff ready for the event to start. The event ran over four days starting on Thursday 28th November with the last day being on Sunday 1st December.
The Aesthetics teams had different duties to carry out in the sections that they had been allocated to. The duties mainly consisted of leafleting and handing out gifts in and around the sites. The Aesthetics team were also employed to interact with the customers visiting the sites across the four days add directing them to wherever they wanted to go.
This event was a fantastic success and the client was delighted with the interaction from the Aesthetics team. All Aesthetics’ staff were well organised, well groomed and dressed in a vibrant uniform of black trousers, red branded jumper, as the distributed goodie bags for visitors and balloons for the children.
Aesthetics have proved that when a team of staff is required at short notice, there is no doubt that our administration team can meet the criteria! Over 140 staff were booked, confirmed and briefed ready for the busy period running up to Christmas 2013.
