Objective
To supply a high calibre of 15 educated and approachable hostesses including 1 manager to facilitate centre court and court 1 debenture facilities throughout the championships.
Delivery
Aesthetics worked with AELTC to establish exactly what requirements would be needed to ensure the smooth flow of traffic throughout the facility on event days. Being involved from the initial build stages allowed us to give input into how the facility could operate for debenture holders that would be entering and utilising the new facilities for the first time.
Staff are trained 2 weeks prior to the championships and assist with the smooth running of the Debenture holders open days, assisting with any queries or concerns that may arise. Aesthetics also work together with Ralph Lauren head office to ensure that the uniforms are ready on-time, arranging several fittings for staff in central London. Dry cleaning is also organised throughout the duration of the championships.
AELTC have received many positive comments regarding the staff and their ability to react to situations immediately over the years, whilst still retaining their positive and friendly manner together with their ability to make everyone feel comfortable in their new surroundings.
