Objective
To supply 50 experienced event staff including 1 overall manager to facilitate guests in the corporate hospitality areas at White Hart Lane.
Delivery
With most football stadiums staff consistence is key to enjoyable guest match day experience therefore it is crucial we recruit a team of staff that cn work at the majority of games that take place throughout the busy football season and are based in London and are within easy travelling distance to the stadium. Together with consistency, experience of working with International VIP guests and fans was key to the selection process.
Prior to selecting our team we also interviewed and selected staff that had worked at the stadium in previous years and offered positions to quite a few successful candidates.
All selected staff attended a one day hospitality training programme provided by Aesthetics to ensure that all staff are fully aware of the level of excellence that is required by Aesthetics and Tottenham Hotspur FC.
Aesthetics also sourced and provided free of charge fitted navy corporate dresses and coats to reflect the Tottenham Hotspur colours and brand image.
