To supply over 100 CRB checked and experienced event staff including 5 supervisors and 1 overall manager to facilitate guests in the corporate hospitality areas at the Emirates Stadium.
With a lead time of 6 weeks Aesthetics main challenge was to recruit a team of staff that could work at the majority of games at the Emirates Stadium in London. Consistency and experience of working with International VIP guests and fans was key to the selection process.
During this time we also interviewed over 60 staff that had worked at the stadium in previous years and offered positions to quite a few successful candidates. In total over 140 staff were recruited to ensure that we had a dedicated team to service all the premiership, champions league and FA matches throughout the season.
All staff attended two days hospitality and Arsenalisation training at the newly formed ‘H academy’ which is a centre of excellence for staff training. Aesthetics also bought in their favourite clothing designer to create a uniform that reflected the Arsenal brand and complemented the newly refurbished WM hospitality area. We are pleased to say that the reception that we have had from fans and guests alike has been fantastic and we are looking forward to more successful seasons with the ‘Gunner’s.
