Objective
Aesthetics were asked to provide a team of male and female staff that could represent both passenger and commercial vehicles at all shows throughout the UK, in addition to this a full event support package was required.
Delivery
A team of 11 including 1 stand manager were supplied to promote Peugeots vast range of Commercial vehicles. All staff were trained on the brand specifics and Aesthetics sourced a uniform that was appropriate to the stand and also injected a fun element into the overall look and feel of the stand. Accommodation, staff break rooms and catering were also supplied by Aesthetics.
At International Motor shows Aesthetics supply up to 55 staff, including 1 x stand manager, 1 x stand managers assistant, 6 team leaders, catering staff, press day models and hosts and hostesses to represent the brand. Uniform sourcing, purchase, distribution and cleaning is also provided as well as catering, accommodation, staff rest rooms, incentives and the end of show party.
Other events include county shows, dealer events, sales conferences and open days.
At Aesthetics we strongly feel that developing teams that can be the face of the brand is key to our success. If its data capture that is paramount then staff are selected based on their ability to capture data and use the devices specified. If its product knowledge that needs to be demonstrated then those skills will be matched against the team and the relevant staff will be selected. At Aesthetics we like a challenge!
