Objective
To supply a team of 125 staff (including 6 team leaders) to handout promotional banners, flags, whistles and memorabilia to 40,000 attendees to this amazing event.
Delivery
With only 10 business days to go Aesthetics were asked to provide 6 teams of staff to target visitors in Central London. All staff turned up with plenty of time to spare and were checked in by the Aesthetics account manager who co-ordinated the staff to their various locations.
100 staff were based in St. James Park and the remaining were split between 5 train stations. Victoria, Trafalgar Square, Hyde park Corner, Charing Cross and Green Park. A total of 120,000 items were distributed in record time. The client was absolutely thrilled with the team and the result.
