Objective
George P Johnson required a team of 15 staff to fly to Amsterdam to assist with the logistics of the European event and 100 staff to assist with the UK event which was held at the NEC in Birmingham.
Delivery
Aesthetics supplied a team of very experienced conference/logistics staff within 14 days to fly to Amsterdam and assist with hotel check-in and delegate movement throughout the European sales conference. The team provided had worked with BT on previous events and were therefore experienced with the event format.
Shortly after a team of 100 staff were supplied for the UK event at the NEC Birmingham. Both events were a quick turnaround but Aesthetics provided an overall staff manager and team leaders to ensure that the event went without hitch. Other staff supplied included computer literate staff and staff with registration, hotel and transport experience.
Aesthetics also prepared all schedules, briefed and allocated staff to look after hotels, car parks, airport arrivals, registration, workshops, evening dinner, cloakroom and departures.
