UEFA Champions League Final 2011 and 2013
To supply a team of trained and consistent bi-lingual staff to look after 1600 UniCredit guests over a 5 day period for the Championship in both 2011 and 2013. This was in addition to other contracts with UEFA at both Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena.
Aesthetics recruited a team of 102 staff (many bi-lingual) to welcome guests at all London airports including Stanstead, Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton and City. There were also staff situated at many of London’s top hotels including the Andaz, Ritz, Radisson, Sanderson, St. Martins Lane, Grosvenor, Grange St. Pauls, Sheraton, Langham, St. James and Meridien. In addition staff were supplied to Olympic Park for the Champions Festival and to escort guests on sightseeing trips around London.
Languages covered included Italian, German, Spanish, Croatian, Bulgarian, French, Dutch, Russian, Portuguese, and mandarin.
Staff were also situated both inside and outside the stadium to direct and welcome guests.
32 coach transfer staff were also provided. Aesthetics distributed and collated uniforms and organised taxi transfers for every staff member to and from the hotels during late nights and early morning shifts.
