Objective
To recruit 35 local hosts and hostesses. All staff attended an interview based on their experience in the events industry as well as their attitude and overall appearance with fifty percent of staff being fluent Arabic. In addition Aesthetics recruited 3 floor managers all of whom have valuable experience managing and organizing events such as the Dubai World Cup at Meydan Stadium.
Delivery
Following months of club re-organization and a refurbishment to all Al Jazira FC Hospitality lounges and boxes Aesthetics UAE were appointed as the clubs preferred event staffing supplier. Improvements made now include the presence of Aesthetics hosts and hostesses who have been hired to ensure guests enjoy the new facilities and have a pleasurable experience at every home match. Team members will be found to be assisting guests including VIP’s, sponsors, business associates and Abu Dhabi Royalty including Sheikh Mansour owner of the premier league football club Manchester City who is the Al Jazira Sports Club President.
Uniforms are supplied by the agency that includes a knee length black formal dress with a red scarf for the hostesses and red ties for the hosts. Aesthetics takes full responsibility of the distribution and maintenance of uniform at each match. Administration services offered as support to the client include staff briefing documents and full event de brief reports.
