Objective
To provide a team of logistics assistants to work with IBM executives on all International Executive Meetings.
Delivery
Aesthetics have been working with IBM since 2000 and have supplied staff at numerous International locations, including London, Paris, Vatican City, Cape Town, Istanbul, Barcelona, Munich, St. Petersburg, Cannes and Madrid to name but a few.
Staff are recruited for their ability to work on their initiative as they are required to assist with some of the companies most senior executives. Duties include hotel check-in, airport meet and greet, transfers, meeting room management, registration and people movement. All staff are provided with an smart black suit and blue scarf supplied by the agency.
Staff with languages are also supplied when requested as are staff with computer skills. All staff are flown from UK airports as the client prefers to employ the same consistent faces known to have knowledge of IBM, its customers, their standards and requirements.
